Position: Plasma/Serum Technician
Job Description: Technician to produce plasma and/or serum, as well as perform additional processes including filtration, heat inactivation, charcoal stripping and silica delipidation etc., as needed to support production requirements. All formulations and products are prepared in accordance with established batch records and work orders. Technician shall prepare raw, intermediate and final products in accordance with client and Lampire work order specifications. Technician shall demonstrate production of consistent, high quality products and services to our customers with complete, accurate documentation. Components and products are inspected on-line with any problems reported immediately to supervisor. Technician is responsible for accuracy and completeness of inventory records, ordering of inventory and supply items in a timely manner. Technician will ensure that all operations are in compliance with existing procedures, manufacturing work instructions and GMPs. The work areas will be maintained with cleanliness and good organization. All safety regulations and practices shall be maintained. Excellent communication skills shall be used in all interpersonal interactions to maintain the highest in-house customer relations in all functions. Technician shall assist in other manufacturing operations as required.

Requirements:
1-2 years of manufacturing/production experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good mathematics skills
• Windows based computer skills, familiarity with Word and Excel
• Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• cGMP experience in quality systems and manufacturing operations
• Ability to use calculator, balance and measuring equipment
• Ability to use light and heavy material handling equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic mechanical aptitude for simple maintenance of equipment desirable
• Ability to give directions, train others and communicate effectively

Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent, B.S. in relevant field is preferred

Job Description: Whole Blood Technician to produce whole blood products as well as perform additional processes to treat blood components. Processes include aliquoting, defibrination, lysing/laking, cell washing, cell fixation, microbial testing and others. Products are prepared according to established batch records and work orders. Technician shall Inspect components and products, and notify supervisor immediately of any problems. Supplies and Inventory records shall be maintained accurately and replenished in a timely manner. Technician shall ensure that all operations are in compliance with existing procedures, manufacturing work instructions and GMPs. The cleanliness and organization of all work areas shall be maintained. Safety regulations and practices shall be maintained. The use of good communication and interpersonal skills shall be demonstrated to maintain excellent in-house customer relations with all functions. Technician shall assist in other manufacturing operations as required.

Position: Sales Representatives (Domestic)
Job Description: Sales Professional with life sciences knowledge and selling skills capable of engaging industry researchers, drug developers, diagnostic device manufacturers and other scientific professionals in industrial and academic accounts in territories that have a history of outstanding selling opportunities. Sales Professional will be goals and results oriented demonstrated by revenue growth. Successful candidate will assist customers in fostering innovation by providing access to the Lampire full suite of products including custom polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies, immunology services, bulk diagnostic and research reagents, pharmacokinetics, ADME assays and analytical services.

Requirements: Successful Sales Professional will be highly motivated, assertive and results oriented. Candidate will possess a solid background in the life science industry with experience in biochemistry, cell culture, assay development and antibody production. Immunology is a plus. Superior communication and organization skills are required.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Sciences Specialization

Position: QA Manager, Everett Facility
Job Description:
Qualified candidate to ensure products conform to customer requirements and the company complies with all applicable regulatory requirements and standards. Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

• Works with Director of QMS to implement the Quality System and ensure compliance at both the Everett Lab and Farm facilities
• Reviews and releases raw material and finished products which requires QA approval
• Performs document control activities, including tracking, distributing and archiving
• Issues and reviews Variances, Nonconformances, Validations and Change Controls
• Assists with conducting investigations, implementing corrective action plans and performing effectiveness checks
• Conducts required training modules
• Assists internal and client audits

Requirements:
Qualification based upon education, resume and/or work experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the quality assurance or a related area, certified internal auditor a plus
• Must be a self-motivated detailed oriented professional
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Windows-based computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with cGMP quality systems and manufacturing operations
• Ability to give directions, train others and communicate effectively both orally and written

Education: BS Degree in scientific discipline preferred
