Position: Project Manager - Immunology
Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Manage and co-ordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams to support milestone achievement
• Manage study issues and obstacles and ensure consistent use of study tools and training materials
• Ensure compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures
• Develop study management plans, together with team assignments and accountabilities and oversight of database maintenance
• Serve as primary project contact with Sponsor to ensure communication is maintained and reporting schedules are adhered to
• Collect information on team performance against contract, customer expectations, and project baselines
• Lead problem solving and resolution efforts to include management of risk, contingencies and issues
• Identify quality issues within the study to work with QA to implement appropriate corrective action plans
• Provide input for the development of proposals
• Provide input to injection prep department management and animal facilities management of their project team members performance relative to project tasks
• Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings
• Ensure high performance and efficiency of the poly-antibody team through the scheduling of activities and co-monitoring

Requirements:
• In depth knowledge of, and skill in applying, applicable research regulatory requirements; i.e., Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including good command of English language

Education: • Bachelor degree in life sciences or related field and 5 years clinical research experience including 2 years project management experience and experience in clinical operations; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Position: Blood Processing Technician
Job Description: Laboratory technician responsible for processing of whole blood, serum and plasma according to Standard Operating Procedures. Operate analytical and basic laboratory equipment. Track disposable and production material inventories, procure materials. Assist in filling, labeling and finished goods inspection operations. Complete documentation according to Standard Operating Procedures. Cleansing of laboratories on a routine basis. Conduct all duties in a safe manner, follow all safety procedures and safety reporting procedures.

Position: Protein Purification Scientist
Job Description: Supervise junior scientists in the production and purification of proteins

Requirements: Must possess knowledge of:

• cGMPs and SOPs
• Production and purification of polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies
• The use of protein G, protein A, custom affinity purification media
• Functional knowledge of AKTA purification systems
• Experience in labeling and conjugating peptides and proteins a plus
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Multi-task with changing priorities
• Able to thrive in a team environment
• Three + years industrial experience in protein purification

Education: Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry or related field

Position: Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Description: QA Specialist to work with Director of Quality Management Systems to administer QMS and ensure company compliance. Successful candidate will be responsible to ensure products conform to customer requirements and the company complies with all applicable regulatory requirements and standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
• Reviews and releases raw material which requires QA approval
• Reviews and releases finished products
• Performs document control activities, including tracking, distributing and archiving
• Issues and reviews Variances, Non-conformances, Validations and Change Controls
• Assists with conducting investigations, implementing corrective action plans and performing effectiveness checks
• Conducts required training modules
• Helps manage supplier approval and qualification records
• Maintains both active and obsolete quality records
• Assists internal and client audits

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related area
• Must be a self-motivated detailed oriented professional
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Windows-based computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with cGMP quality systems and manufacturing operations
• Ability to give directions, train others and communicate effectively both orally and written

Education: BS Degree in scientific discipline preferred

Job Description: Lab Tech to assist in purification lab. Performs buffer preparation, setup and maintenance of chromatography systems, as well as, other general lab responsibilities as needed.

• Protein purification

Performs manual and semi-skilled work in connection with the feeding, cleaning, and care of large animals. Maintains animal health and wellbeing. Observes and reports signs of disease/disorders and helps treat minor cases of these. Involves routine work maintaining the farm facility, heavy lifting involved.

Requirements:
• Must be a team player, enjoy working with animals and the outdoors
• Demonstrate a commitment to the quality care of animals
• Valid driver’s license required
• Tractor/farm equipment experience is a plus
• Four years or more large animal experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more on regular basis
• Good oral and written communication skills (English)
• Windows based computer skills
• Good organizational skills and able to manage multiple priorities
• Must be able to rotate holidays and weekends; Occasionally work longer hours

Job Description: Sales Professional with life sciences knowledge and selling skills capable of engaging industry researchers, drug developers, diagnostic device manufacturers and other scientific professionals in industrial and academic accounts in territories that have a history of outstanding selling opportunities. Sales Professional will be goals and results oriented demonstrated by revenue growth. Successful candidate will assist customers in fostering innovation by providing access to the Lampire full suite of products including custom polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies, immunology services, bulk diagnostic and research reagents, pharmacokinetics, ADME assays and analytical services.

Requirements: Successful Sales Professional will be highly motivated, assertive and results oriented. Candidate will possess a solid background in the life science industry with experience in biochemistry, cell culture, assay development and antibody production. Immunology is a plus. Superior communication and organization skills are required.
